Most Michigan-area clients can schedule an audit or eyewash inspection within 5–10 business days. Mock OSHA audits typically need 2–3 weeks to scope properly. Emergency response support for active OSHA visits or post-incident situations: same-week when possible.
Yes — primarily across the Midwest. Travel costs are quoted separately for sites more than 100 miles from the Detroit metro area.
Yes. The Standard Safety Audit and Mock OSHA Audit are built specifically for these scenarios. We've helped clients prepare for OSHA inspections, ISO certification audits, customer EHS reviews, and insurer underwriting reviews.
Yes. Every engagement includes a written report. Reports are formatted for internal team use; insurer-ready or auditor-ready summary versions are available on request.

Absolutely. Retainer clients receive a 10% discount on additional audits and training. Most clients start with a single audit or training engagement, then move into a retainer when the relationship makes sense.
Foundation tier clients have 2-business-day email response. Active tier has same-business-day. Comprehensive tier has direct phone access. For non-retainer clients, we triage emergency requests as availability allows — and we've never left a client without help when it really mattered.
